Information and Resources

At TLC we believe all persons with lymphedema should have access to as much information as possible and to be able to form their own views about living with this disease. We do not discourage you from seeking out information. However, the internet can hold some questionable or biased information about the disease and its treatment. Below are a number of reputable sites that are felt to provide safe and comprehensive information and views. Also listed below are hard copy sources such as books and pamphlets. If you have questions or come across information that appears to be contradictory to what your therapist has said, we encourage you to dialogue with us. Clarification is useful and addressing misleading information is important to help you best manage living with this disease.
